I know a lot of people are wearing reading glasses nowadays. Especially now that technology is fast developing and most of us are exposed to radiation which we get from watching television and playing computer games and which results to eye problems. In the environment I am currently living in, a few wear reading glasses but almost half are SUPPOSED to be wearing but DON’T want to wear it. Mainly, because they don’t want to look nerdy. So, I researched about this new technology, related to getting rid of reading glasses, called CK or Conductive Keratoplasty. It is a procedure to reduce the need for reading glasses.
There is this procedure called NearVision CK which can reduce or eliminate the need for reading glasses for months at a time. LightTouch NearVision CK eye surgery is a refractive surgery procedure originally developed for hyperopia, but now used primarily as a modified form of monovision and is often an good alternative to custom wavefront Lasik, All-Laser Lasik, PRK, LASEK, or Epi-Lasik. It uses a probe to apply high radiofrequency (RF) energy into corneal tissue, causing it to shrink. This controlled shrinkage will reshape the cornea to change refractive error by changing the curvature of the cornea, making it steeper. Whatever the process is, I’m sure it will pay off since this procedure is the done in a doctor’s office in about 20 minutes. It normally has no pain and vision recovery can be as little as a few hours.
A center where you can have a CK surgery is Stahl Eye Center. They have been serving their patients for 35 years. Their doctors’ patient outcomes have been independently verified by nonprofit patient advocacy USAEyes to meet or exceed the national norms. Fewer than 100 doctors nationwide have attained this certification. Doctors are also graduates from top universities such as UCLA, John Hopkins and Yale. Doctor information is available here. With three location namely in New York, Manhattan and Long Island, you will not only have great doctors but also have good results.
So with this new technology, CK eye surgery, and an awesome center offering it, people with eye problems can get rid of their glasses and have their clear, bright eyes back.

Whoa, long time no update! Yea, school is still on active mode as of the moment. Anyways, I’m here to update and guess that’s more important. So, yea, as what the title suggests, it’s a party! We had a entertainment night last Friday. First off was a program, ‘Lasallians Got Talent‘. It’s like Showtime where contestants show off their talents. Then as the night descends upon us, we had a disco! Dancing, live bands, cool music, drinks. It was one helluva night! I danced all night with my classmates and friends. It was FUN.
But, it was an awesome turned worst night. After the party and everything, I discovered that I was robbed. I lost my camera which was inside my bag at the bleachers. I left it kasi I can’t use use it naman since it was not charged (so, it won’t turn on). I was freakin’ shocked because the night was too great to be followed up with a loss. I was so mad at myself for not bringing the camera with me. Good thing I brought my cellphone with me or else. But, I still have faith that I’ll get my camera back. LSA is such a small world, I think I could find the culprit. I hope he/she will find a little kindness in his heart to return my camera to me.
Sadly, I have no pictures. I was busy dancing.
